Melissa grew up free range in an English forest, so when she left PR and journalism to move to East Africa (where she spent the last twenty years as an English teacher, travel journalist and photographer) no one was too surprised. Now, she’s returned to the Cotswolds where she and her two young children are adjusting to the strangeness of British things like hail and tights.
